Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong sizing

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at [support@seasonallyunwell.com] if you believe you're eligible.

Gift Cards

Purchasing a gift card: Gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, a gift card cannot be returned for a cash refund or exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are delivered digitally via email — no physical card will be mailed.

Using a gift card to make a purchase: If you return an item that was purchased using a gift card, any eligible refund will be returned to the original gift card. If your order was paid using both a gift card and another payment method, the refund is applied to the gift card balance first, with any remainder returned to the other payment method.

General: Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards do not expire.
